Having called 5 other local contractors and getting only 1 on-site walkthrough and no estimates, we did a wider search and called Integrity Painting. Owner Scott came out, took measurements, made recommendations on getting some necessary plaster work done and sent me an estimate on our project later that day. Once the work started, the painters from Integrity arrived at 9 AM or earlier every day of the job, The work space was always neat and orderly, we received a text or phone call on any days we were not onsite. Upon completion, the space was put back as it was when the process started."

"So far so good. Painters have arrived today and we did a walkthrough. They are painting all the trim, downspouts, soffits, everything that's white. Painters are also supposed to replace a couple of wood panels over the garage door and the trim, along with a corner piece of trim in the back of the house. I will update my review after they are finished. Painting being done in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. After only receiving one coat of paint when I was told my paint job would be two coats of paint, they tell me that they applied two coats of paint on the same day. I know as well as anybody else knows you have to wait for paint to dry at least 24 hours before applying the second coat. The owner told me it only needs to drive 4 hours before applying the second coat. I explained to him that there were many areas of the house they didn't start on until 5:00 in the evening and they were packing everything up at 8:00. I got charged for two coats of paint. Every other painter told me in their estimate you need to wait 24 hours to put the second coat on and it would take at least two days to do your house. Those other painters were charging more, now I see why custom paint jobs charges a cheaper price because they claim to put two coats on and only do one. I only gave you one star because I can't give zero. I feel I'm getting ripped off for one coat of paint and I am not happy."

"Jamie came out to my house over 2 hours late to give me a quote. I had to text him several times to see if he was still coming. Finally he showed up. His appearance was extremely unprofessional. He didn’t measure anything, he didn’t take pictures, and he was just telling me his labor price. Which meant I would have to buy all the materials and have it ready for him to do the work. The work I wanted to get done was, Install new cabinets and countertops in my kitchen, paint my first floor and the stairway and upstairs hall, also paint the doors and all the trim. Install new baseboards and quarter round in several areas. Take down the back side of my privacy fence and install a new fence. Lastly build a 12X20 deck off the back of my house. He told me his labor price when he was here. He told me he would do the fence for $1,000 and build the deck for $2,000 and the rest would be $5,000. He sent me an invoice showing he would do all the work for $8,000. I slept on it for a few days and decided I’m going to have a professional to do the kitchen and painting. There was this feeling I had that it would be better to spend the extra more money for a company that specializes in kitchen remodels, and separate company that specializes in painting. So I texted him saying that I would interested in him just doing the fence the deck. He texted me back saying he would do it for $6,000. He lied to me and basically added an additional $3,000 to his price. I immediately sent him text saying that he lied about his initial quote, and would give him bad review based on his credibility and unprofessionalism. This guy is a scam artist, I wouldn’t recommend him to build a sandbox, he would probably comeback and say it’s gonna cost more money than we initially planned. I hope this review is helpful for anyone thinking you can trust this guy."

"Lee was very personable and easy to connect with. I had a leak coming through a wall adjacent to a bedroom window. After cutting into the wall we found it was worse than expected. After considering options Lee came up with a solution that ended up being hundred instead of thousands of dollars. Very skilled and professional!"

"I am pleased with the painting completed by Mr. Bautista. The job was too small for some of the companies which contacted me, or the company did not service the area in which I live. Mr. Bautista came and evaluated the job in person, offered a quote and agreed to do the job. He worked diligently to complete the job to my satisfaction. I would gladly hire him to do any work that his company offers should the need arise."

"Tim did a superb job of tearing out the old, putting in the new and repairing the active wet spots in the kitchen ceiling. I feel that his estimates were fair and reasonable and the craftsmanship was a world of difference from the previous subpar job I had done. He is very timely, works consistently and stays on schedule. I can't say enough how happy I am with his end result on this project! I'll be having him back to do another bathroom soon!"

"Deck Doctor recommended replacing my deck floor and top rails. During tear-off my old deck, they found a carpenter ant infestation, but still did not recommend replacing my spindles and railings. After 3-4 weeks of on-again/off-again appearances, my deck was completed. I did a walk-through inspection. The poor workmanship was readily apparent. Spacing was irregular and inconsistent. Floorboards were not nailed down and were spongy to walk on. Nails were rusty. Seams of boards were not inconspicuously placed, but were placed right in the middle of the floor, making it look unprofessional. Floorboards were of uneven lengths at the ends, causing fascia boards to not lie flush. Corners of fascia boards were not metered and corners did not match up. Floorboards were not secured to the sub-floor joists. Carpenter ants infested the spindles, which they said were fine. The whole deck had to be torn off. They charged me $7000.00 and now will not return calls or make it right."
