By painting the grout rather than sealing it the grout will stay nice for a very longtime, rather than sealer which yellows and lasts only 1-3 years. The price was the same quoted to me for cleaning and sealing by other contractors

My little girl even lost one of her stuffed animals in the damage and one of the Technicians (Karrah) took time out of her day to clean my daughters favorite stuffed animal. She told me her daughter has a favorite stuffed animal too and understood. Excellent customer service...they did there job and went the extra mile to help a crying child. I was only responsible for my $500 insurance deductible and the insurance paid the rest of there services
