They are customer-focused, adaptive, accommodating and professional. While there were delays as a major holiday approached, they did everything they could to complete this remodel to our satisfaction, on budget. There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. But after I had lined him up for the work and sent a deposit, he arrived the morning of the work and told me he is generally retired and doesn't do the work himself. He then told me that the person he had lined up to actually do the work had decided that he didn't want to work on the project. That put me in a real bind from a timing perspective."
