Hi [Member Name Removed]- We appreciate the feedback. Obviously, we were disappointed to see such a poor review so we looked into the situation. It seems that Alyssa emailed you on 6/26/20 stating that we were not the best fit to do the scope of work you were looking to have done. (Top of Bench in the shower, countertop only) We do countertop installations in conjunction with a backsplash, sink & faucet replacement. We are not the best fit for a countertop installation only, which is what the email communicated. We understand that emails get lost into Spam and Junk, so we thoroughly apologize this communication was not followed up with a phone call. We do wish you all the best.Service Provider Response

The adhesive does have a bit of smell at the time of installation (however, no harmful emissions) and will subside. Mr. & Mrs. [Member Name Removed], I am so sorry that you didn't have a great experience with Simple Kitchen. I was very surprised to see your review based upon the positive interactions we had during the project back in May. I was able to visit your home several times during the job and stayed in close communication with your installer. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to line up every visit when you were home. I know that the installer asked for feedback during the job to make sure you were happy with the tile. There was no electrical work in the scope of your project. If you'd like for us to come back and make some alignment adjustments to switch plates and outlet covers, we'd be happy to do that and I'm confident that it would not generate a mess.
