After much training, and acquiring the skills learned from the experts, Ian was ready to start his own painting business. In 1987, Ian moved to Wayne County, Ohio and continued to perfect his craft with local painters. It was here that he met and married Staci Bishop, of Orrville. In the early 90's Ian had earned a solid customer base, enough to start his own professional painting business, Lohrenz Painting. For the past 23 years, living in Dalton, Ian and Staci raised a family while Lohrenz Painting continued to grow. From Ian's beginning of specializing in mostly residential interiors he has since expanded to exterior work, as well as, commercial work for local companies.
