Ken has completed all the work except the A/C outside. With the subfreezing temps and shrubbery that needs to be removed, he allowed us to wait for that part to be done a little longer. He only had us pay for the work that was completed so far and will allow us to call him when we are ready for the remainder of the work to be done.
