Claytor Painting & Pressure Washing, LLC

This company was hired in my neighborhood to paint my neighbors house so that they can listed for sale. My wife noticed that they were working right next to our house and when she looked at her car the side of the house in my deck she noticed that we had white overspray covering everything. After speaking to the person they sent over he explained to me that it was dust and that he need to take some pictures but that they would not be able to handle it unless I let them clean it their way after a verbal altercation I agreed to allow them to power wash my house on a Sunday I have reached out to the corporate number 13 times, I have went to their website and sent three emails they have not reached out to me they refused to answer my calls they have not fixed the problem. They don’t seem concerned with me as I wasn’t the person paying them and they don’t can seem concerned with the damage that they cost to other people’s properties

Never got a chance to find out, they never responded after 4 tried on my part..

It went well. I"m going to use him again to do some painting. He didn't just pressure wash my home, he got up on a ladder and wiped down my gutters.

Kit was very prompt and did all of the work himself.  He uses a dustless sander which helps to minimize clean up.  Unfortunately stripping wall paper is a messy job and bits of paper do get tracked around.  We had to remove the medicine cabinet and light in the 1/2 bath which made that part a bit harder but he had battery lights.  After the job he offered to come back if we found any missed spots that needed painting after we put the lights back.  The steps in the stairwell are dark green and we had to clean up white spots from the wall paper bits and need to touch up the green paint.  After having paper stripped from another section of the house by another contractor, we wish we had used Claytor Painting because he did a much better job.

It went very well, they were on the job each day on time.  I could count on them to be dependable and honest.  I got a reasonalbe estimate quickly and they started the job within a reasonable length of time; always calling me to let me know how things were going and what they needed to do to make right choices on paint, and other supplies.  They went out of their way to get paint, etc to match what had been requested by me.

Absolutely no problems very satisfied.
