"The salesperson David was very honest and had no interest in upselling. He strongly advised against any interior drains for my basement, and he instead recommended an exterior drain called HydroBlox for my backyard. The estimate for the HydroBlox was $3,400. The installation occurred a few weeks later. Three employees used a machine to dig a trench in my backyard, and then because of utility lines, they hand-dug another trench in my side yard. They installed the pieces of HydroBlox and covered them with dirt. I expect the HydroBlox to properly drain the water from my yard, but if they do not, then I will update my review in the future."

Stan quotes each project allowing the time needed to do the roof to the best of their ability, with quality workmanship according to the manufacturer’s specifications to uphold their warranties. Out of over 90 roofers in Lorain County, Stan Yourkvitch was the only roofer invited to be part of the Advisory Council for CertainTeed. He received an award to certify that he is an “Active, Respected Member of the CertainTeed Advisory Council for the Year of 2008.” Because of the confidence Stan has in the quality workmanship his company provides, he gives a 10 year warranty on his workmanship, unlike other roofers in the area only giving 2 years. "I noticed we had some water leaking around all three of the vent pipes going through our roof. I called and talked to John, who gave me a competitive quote, and we set up an appointment two days later. Eric and Jerry showed up on time and in about an hour, they replaced the boots around the vent pipes, sealed them, sealed around the chimney, and also sealed a dozen or more nail pops in the roof that they found while inspecting it. They showed before and after pictures of all the work. They were extremely nice and professional. Although I hope to never have a roof leak again, I'll certainly call Roof Repair Experts again when I do!"
