He informed us the foundation was failing and explained what needed to be done. He throughly explained everything and told us how we could do it ourselves for much cheaper than a contractor could do it. They did not straighten my wall at all like they had said. Did not bring gravel backfill like they had said. Excavated my yard to no benefit, even removing the positive existing slope I had to carry water away from my foundation. Do not hire Mid-State Basments system and gamble with your foundation and finances."
