"Used a shop vac to sweep what they did get out, leaving a coat of dust on everything in our living room. Used 1 sponge they wet once to clean. We were quoted $75, with multiple discussions on what they could do. Explained all the $75 was for inspection and sweep from the top of chimney, which we had removed last year. $600 for a deep cleaning and then tried to charge $1200. If this was a deep cleaning, I ll eat my hat. We signed contract with no amount on it."

"Horrible craftsmanship. He did not order the materials as draws were paid, then wanted more money to order materials. Installed a boat lift as part of the project, it was not installed to spec and dropped our boat. The seawall steps have washed out from rain. Left trash, building scraps all over the work site."

"It went terrific. We had one hiccup and Federal stood behind their work and remedied the situation well beyond my satisfaction. This company has integrity. They don't try to jam products down your throat. The lead installer who came the first time, who installed my geothermal, Greg Peterson, is remarkably talented, very tidy and has a wealth of knowledge. So for the next two installs, I requested Greg and both times, I was equally impressed with his expertise and talent.
