"Very professional. He responded quickly with a call. Came out to review job, sent a very detailed estimate. Called, and showed up when he said he would. Did a great job, of cleaning deck, repaired and replaced some steps, then painted the deck. Came back a couple days later, returned everything back on the deck. Very polite!!! Jim was very diligent in chasing down the mice problem and so far I have had no more issues, for which I am very grateful. 

I had an exterminator out earlier who had pointed out several possible problem areas to me, which were all addressed.  Jim has done work for me several times before and I have always been very satisfied.  He is very professional with any of the jobs I have needed done and always leaves everything cleaned up.
