"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "My gutters were cleaned, I was charged extra for the screening on first level gutters, but the screens were not but back correctly, one screen is lying on my porch, they were to return 6-19-18 no show no call, today is 6-21-18, I will pay for the cleaning but not the additional charge for the screens, because I will have to pay someone else to do it, or do it myself, and Mr. Tuttle was rude and argumentative, stated he under bid the job, If they have been doing this as long as their site claims, I would think that they should know what they are doing by now. But you don't relay that to the customer, you eat the cost and learn from it!!!"
