His team was very organized and efficient. They also stand behind thier work. We had some delamination of the material and they returned two times until it was repaired to our satisfaction. "Windows were good and in stalled was fine ,then business was sold and new owner was not responsive to a problem that arose with one window. A part broke and the new owner came out and said he would order the part. He set up an appointment for two weeks ahead at 12:00. He never showed. I called the guy 3 different times and he did not return calls. I called the past owner who got the pats for me but, I had to hire a third party to do the repair . The third party is on vacation and will do the work when he returns. The windows cost $2700.00. I expected better service then this. This is an update to my august review. After the previous review I received call from the owners assistant , she wanted to help correct the previous problem I had concerning a repair. The owner wanted to come out and correct the problem He came out ,got the parts that he needed and repaired the window . Any problem we had in the past has been corrected."

"Teppo Interiors has completed half of their contracted services (ahead of schedule and on that part of the project now complete) and we are extremely pleased with: quality of the drywall repairs and painting of rooms. Teppo Interiors has meticulously repaired the walls of our 1948 home. They are now without flaw as the walls no longer have cracks, "dips, or "bulges". Even though I obviously know where the problems were/are I cannot detect most of them. The painting process has been exactly what I wanted--even when I changed my mind throughout the job. I changed colors desired in the bathroom, after the rooms were painted decided to go for a different color trim. All the changes were made very supportively by Kevin and his team of professionals. I have been kept apprised of the cost of any changes before the work's been done and the hours Kevin and his painters have been extraordinary. I am most appreciative as I will (I'm a teacher) be reporting back to work in only two weeks. I will definitely use Teppo Interiors in the future."

"They were quick to respond. The work was done quickly. Called on Monday, Quote was given on Tuesday, Picked out the pain on Wednesday, Painted on Thursday and Friday. It was very quick, they did a neat job in covering and fixing the nail holes."

"I am very happy with the job.  I had two quotes and felt that Joe from CertaPro did a more thorough job of assessing my house.  So I went with them even though it was more expensive than the other quote.  The crew removed the shutters to paint them separately and had to deal with BATS behind several shutters that no one knew about.  They pressure washed the whole house, chipped off all the peeling paint, reglazed windows that were in disrepair, painted all the gutters, trim, doors, everything.  They did a very thorough job.  The house looks great.
