"Absolute worst service - they nickel and dime you for everything. If the lid is even slightly open they charge you for overfilling. They charge you for removing the dumpster. They give you a quote and lock in a 3 year contract and by the end of the 3 years the cost is nearly triple the original quote! To cancel you have to call and wait on hold forever before hopefully reaching a real person. Use anyone else but WM!"
