Description of Work
Mark was recommended to me by my realtor. I have limited vacation time and I found out that Mark does work on some Saturdays and Sundays also which was great. I bought a new high efficiency hot water heater and didn't have the tools or knowledge to install it. Also Mark was coming over to fix a leak below one of my toilets dripping to the basement. He installed the water heater, fixed the leak in my toilet and I had a bunch of other odds and ends that needed to be done since I had just bought my house. He offered to help me with them even though it was on a Saturday afternoon and we had not been planning on anything more than the water heater and toilet leak. In the end he also helped me install my new medicine cabinet into the bathroom, change the door locks on my house and install vertical blinds at my patio door entrance in my basement. Excellent experience overall. It took him about a week to be able to fit me into his schedule because he has a regular full time job and he does the handyman work after-hours and on the weekend. He has been doing the handman work for many years I can't remember exactly how many.
