"Sad to say her report is in error- but that she was in the hospital. (If there were any truth to any large amount of money missing, a police report would have been filed.) We didn’t meet donna, she wasn’t our client. Her daughter hired us, signed a consent to be responsible for items pitched (we asked her of all that we tossed, if she wanted it pitched or saved) and sidewalk if any damage from the dumpsters (there were THREE 40 yards needed on this project) and paid us. Signing a job completed satisfactory and giving us glowing thanks for the speedy professional clean up our crew did on such a challenging project. She was there with her husband helping clean and pitch/save the entire time our crew and I were there. I can’t go into in depth details of the true picture here.I really don’t know if this donna has another house and there is a mix up of houses, we saw no diving equipment – and did find a lot of coins and bills thrown (mingled with other stuff) all over (which were all put in buckets; given to daughter) that amounted to 2-3 hundred, that’s all. There were no other moneys seen. We carefully went thru the items (as her daughter did too) and pitched (w/permission) the items that would have taken along time (like some pots and pans) clothes, etc. to clean, if they would have come clean, from the caked on food, infestation, other matters and burnt stuff inside / on them. We threw away nothing that was still good or new, but lots of trash. Our crew of seven put all new and other things of value in one room as we always do, for the owner to keep and sort thru later (on each of the 2 floors).Her daughter made the mother’s place a safe and healthy home again to live in. She installed new carpeting, tile, ice box and spent many many hours there with her husband and others fixing things up for her Mom's return. We had no access to the upper floor the first day as the daughter and son and son’s wife were there cleaning as well, while all of us worked down on the main floor. The clean home and our staff's services getting it all done in 3 days, is to be commended - the person hiring us and her husband loved our work, price and us <3 and what this report says is mistaken, on all accounts.Betty Brown, Pres. "I wanted to thank you for calling upon us, and for this wonderful review. I am proud to say we do get lots of pats on the back for our work. It was a pleasure working with/for people such as you and your family. I did like your comment "He didn't own the house, the trash did" and now that our crew at A Team Masters cleaned it all out, the house looks and feels like a home again I am sure. We fill dumpsters all the time from our clean-up projects, most often the 40 yard container. People often have no idea how large of a dumpster one will need to load and haul off all the excess. I tell them, pretend a nice size school bus - with all the seats removed, is parked in the driveway, so one gets an idea of the size . That is about the size of a 40 yard dumpster which holds 40 (cubic) yds of waste. Dimensions of this dumpster are 22 ft. long by 8 ft. wide by 7 ft. high. But they fill up pretty quick when our team of 5 people are working to toss and clean. Again, thanks so much for this awesome review.
