The owner, Matt Simpson, was personable and professional. His assessment of what was needed was quick, decisive and without

an overinflated sales pitch on more work needed than necessary.  
1) I was given two brick samples to choose from and have an excellent match to the original 38 year old brick.
2) The crew was friendly and worked efficiently to complete the work in two days.
3) I opted to not replace the step flashing since I may need a new roof in two to five years and there were no leaks.  Matt was fine      with that change and had it painted black and resealed (no additional charge).
4) All debris was removed.  In fact, there was no evidence they had been on site except for the top chimney repair.
5) The chimney looks great.
