I use this company based on the reviews for CARPETA CLEANING, not upholstery. I wanted to give a small company my business. Unfortunately, the owners son did not pay attention to the instructions on my fabric, it said no water, dry clean only and it ruined my fabric, discolored it, yellowish stains. The owner said I had **hard water** but it still goes back to the instructions, NO WATER. I had to hire Teasdale Fenton to come and dry clean my furniture, (couch, loveseat and chair), they were not able to restore the natural color. The owner did try to work with me, offered my free carpet cleaning and $$ to cover the work done by Teasdale, but in the end, I honestly did not want to continue using their service even thought reviews for carpet cleaning were positive.

Very easy to work with. Knowledgeable of his products, fabric types and what to do for best results. No gigantic machines, messes or other side contamination. Home grown business that provides quality for your dollar.

Arrived on time. Even though we had removed end tables, lamps and other smaller items that we could manage, Craig was a little challenged about moving larger/heavier pieces of furniture. Once he figured it out, he did a fantastic job. I especially appreciated that he could clean the carpets so well with his enzymes and the carpets were dry within a couple of hours. A fantastic job for the price.

Nick did an outstanding job. In fact he will be cleaning our carpets on a regular schedule, that is how impressed we were.

Craig really took his time making sure the carpets were clean. He thoroughly explained his process. Was really impressed on how well the carpets came out. With his enzymes there s very little water or steam. The carpets were dry in no time at all. Would definitely recommend this company. I will call them when I need carpets cleaned again.
