Ultimately, they decided to fix the exhaust issue, which included a lot of extra work, but enabled them to complete the installation of the new furnace within a week that the work was originally scheduled. And they did not charge extra to do this extra work, which is a bonus. The installers, Kyle and Hunter, did a great job, were very knowledgeable, and were very personable/professional. We would highly recommend to others."

"Taylor Thibodeau was wonderful! He assessed the situation, explained the options and gave me the cost. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He worked all afternoon removing and installing my water heater. He wore the booties and put them on the wheels of the dolly to protect my carpet. He cleaned up when he was finished. Added bonus, Amazon delivered two heavy boxes while he was here, and knowing I recently had shoulder surgery, he carried the boxes up my stairs for me! He moved furniture back in place. I highly recommend. Schneller also offers a 10 year warranty on cost and labor! I would have given a better rating on value of the cost, but I have no idea what the cost should be. Side note, I waited from 8am to noon for another plumbing company (whose name sounds happy). I finally called around 2:30 pm, and was told the plumber was delayed!! A phone call would have been nice! So I decided not to use them."
