"Yura is the first contractor I think Iâ ve ever met that made me feel truly valued as a client. He and his crew of two other guys worked quite literally every single day, rain or shine (including a holiday) for weeks to finish my house. They replaced most of the windows and a few doors, built a new paver patio with a prefab gazebo we bought, as well as a covered front porch. They also tiled the hallway and bathroom, and replaced the shower. All three men were courteous and humble, and by the time they finished, I was actually a little sad to see them go! Yura is warm and funny, and a very gifted craftsman. He and his crew worked tirelessly and meticulously, and the finished product was even better than I imagined. LTB will absolutely not let you down if you have work to be done!"

Our project was unique in that we live at a condo, so you have to get a drawing and scope of work submitted to our condo association for approval. Serene Aqua Landscaping was the only one to send us the required drawing, so they really stood out to me from the start. His team of guys are hard-working, respectful, and meticulous to details. They rebuilt a lengthy fallen concrete wall and built multiple hardscaping projects, including a paver patio, stepping stones walkway and other new walls. They were punctual, they worked hard and well, and made adjustments or changes without any problem. They were done promptly (as scheduled) and cleaned up the entire area spotlessly.
