We found Michelle on Facebook and she’s done a wonderful job! She was there for us every step of the way. Michelle worked with us for almost a year before we found our forever home. There were times I would text her at 9pm on a Saturday and she would have a showing scheduled before noon the next day. I seriously don't think she rests! She walked us through every scary step of not only buying our home but also selling our previous home (one day if showings and 8 offers!). Michelle helped us through every step of the selling process, from helping us price our home appropriately, providing staging advice, and walking us through the inspection/appraisal/sale process step-by-step. Her advertising and professional photos earned us two bids on the first day we went active, both over list price! She stayed in contact during the entire inspection/appraisal/closing process and even set us up with a timeline via her website so we knew key dates and deliverables. She was with us at closing as well in case we needed her assistance. I would recommend Michelle to anyone selling (or buying)!
