"I literally had, not only black mold, but mushrooms growing in my basement due to the high moisture and water coming up from the cracks. after doing a lot of research on basement waterproofing, EverDry was the only company whom I thought did the job â the right wayâ . Other companies wanted to put the water track on top of the footer of the house (which makes no sense).
