Subcontracting is not something Smith's does unless needed. My company also specializes in benefits for Veteran's and Seniors. For all jobs I do ask for half the contracted payment to be paid before the job is started, an the other half to be paid at the time of completion. There is also available options for a payment plan, but same as the full payment option half of the contracted billing cost must be paid before the start of the job.
