Description of Work: Scheduled to initiate services on 3/27, paid up front $640.93, to cover the collar and three training sessions. Our home was already wired for invisible fence, which is why we called them. We were unable to keep our dog, I notified them officially on 4/10 that we did not keep dog and requested refund. We paid by cc, but were informed refunds were by check only and could take up to 30 days. I had not received anything in the mail or email receipt/confirmation of services/contract. I called 4/25 to check on status of refund and told yes, working on it, definitely within the 30 days. Called today 5/8 as still not received refund and told they were writing check today and would get in the mail to me in next couple days. $640+ they had for almost 6 weeks.

 + -1 moreTHEY MATCHED ANOTHER LOCATION'S OFFER AND ALSO ACCEPTED THE ANGIE'S LIST COUPON! THEY CAME OUT THREE TIMES TO CHECK AND MAKE ADJUSTMENTS, BUT THIS WAS NOT THE FAULT OF THE FENCE. IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE PROBLEM WAS AN EXPOSED CABLE TV LINE WHICH WAS INTERFERING WITH THE FENCE SIGNAL. I RECEIVED TWO TRAINING SESSIONS WHICH WERE DEFINITELY WORTH IT! LANCE THE DOG TRAINER IS GREAT! HE IS VERY PATIENT AND IS WILLING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTION. HE ADVOCATED FOR HAVING MY FENCE LINE MOVED TO ACCOMMODATE MY DOG'S ELIMINATION PATTERN AND THEY WERE OUT THE NEXT DAY TO CHANGE THE BORDER.

 + -1 moreI HAD BEEN LOOKING AT TRADITIONAL FENCE. FENCE WORKED BETTER THAN I COULD IMAGINE. AFTER 2 WEEKS MY DOG JUST LOOKED AT A RABBIT IN THE NEXT YARD, BUT STAYED PUT. MUCH CHEAPER THAN TRADITIONAL FENCE. TWO SESSIONS WITH INVISIBLE FENCE TRAINER PROVIDED MOST OF TRAINING, BUT REQUIRES 1-2 MONTHS OF OWNER TRAINING AND SUPERVISION UNTIL PET IS TRAINED.
Description of Work: GUARANTEED THAT INVISIBLE FENCE WOULD WORK FOR MY YOUNG LAB.
