I met the crew leader who kept updated on the project throughout the day and the install manager, Dakota, stopped by to ensure everything was going smoothly with the project and spent some time talking with me. I received several bids before Victors, but decided to go with them due to their quality and also ensuring the intake was taken care of as well. Victors was higher in price but they got it done right with high quality materials and craftsmanship and I don't need to worry about my roof leaking anymore. They truly are roofing experts."

"Horrible door install!!! Does not close properly, large gap between frame and wall, can see daylight when closed, horrible trim cuts, corners don?t touch and are splintered, obviously used wrong type of saw, used nail head and hammer on trim so I can?t caulk or paint over these nails. This door was custom made. Home Depot measured the opening so it was very expensive and is now ruined. I thought Anji?s list advertised professionals but that is not the case. This was the most amateur work I have ever seen and has cause me much anxiety and sleepless nights. The company owner repeatedly told me he is a Veteran AND an Engineer however, he had no explanation other than to cut the wall out?????? What??? He is a good talker and offered $99 back. However, it is costing me quadruple that to have this door torn out, and reinstalled, and having to purchasing all new trim. If you take pride in you home do not hire this company."

"I paid Mr. Phomalee $1275 to do some bathroom remodeling work that he'd initially stated he'd be able to begin between Christmas and New Years this past December. After not showing up at that time, he proceeded to promise that work would begin on eight separate dates, missing all of them. During this time I received no communication from Mr. Phomalee unless I initiated it, and when I did he made an excuse related to his vehicle or family each time. Finally, I informed Mr. Phomalee that I needed him to return the funds paid to him as it had become clear he had no intention of doing the work for which he had been contracted. He informed me at that time that his previous excuses had been lies, that he had used the money I'd paid him for gambling, and that he most recently had not been able to due the work because he'd been trying to secure a loan to cover "the bad checks [he] had written to gamble so [he] didn't go to jail". So, I'm now in a position where I've had an unusable shower for two months, and will be forced to seek legal action against Mr. Phomalee to attempt to recover my money."

Our job did get pushed back due to weather, but they kept in contact with updates as to when they would be able to begin work. The roofing project manager was very professional and answered all of my questions with quick response, even after hours. The job went very smoothly and they cleaned up the job area nicely. I would definitely recommend this company!"
