"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"It was a great experience. Finding someone who works on oil-fired boilers in eastern Central Ohio is a bit of a challenge. Tim's quote was significantly lower than what I'd been quoted for the exact same hardware. He and his team were prompt, professional, and tidy. Now that the heating season is beginning, the new boiler is working splendidly."

"I've had Ron and his crew service my heating and air conditioning equipment for many years now and trust them without hesitation. They let me know a couple of years in advance the condition of my equipment and when I would need to think about replacing them. When the time came, I had them replace and install both my air conditioner and furnace. They have been fantastic to deal with. When I have needed emergency service in the past because of a cranky a/c, they were there to fix it within hours. I refer them to everyone I know in their service area that needs a great reliable source for HVAC.

I highly recommend Ron and Hey Neighbor, LLC"

"There was no blockage, but found out that the original install of the vent system hand too many bends and this caused the sensor to go off.  Had the original installer back and corrected the problem.

"Good job overall. The salesman with Sears was friendly and accommodating to my scheduling. Only complaint is that he chose not to include replacing the line set as part of his quote. I questioned that, because it seems that the line set is normally always replaced when the AC system is replaced. So the salesman agreed to include the line set in the quote - and the quote we signed included replacing the line set. The installers were professional and courteous. But, they were not told that the line set was to be replaced, and so they wouldn't do it. I had them go ahead with the install because I didn't have the time to argue it."

Install Boiler questions, answered by experts

The main difference between an outdoor wood furnace versus an outdoor wood boiler is what each appliance is heating. An outdoor wood furnace burns wood to create heat, which warms the air and moves it through the ducts in your home. An outdoor wood boiler uses the heat from burning wood to warm water, which goes through pipes to radiators in the home.

The average cost to replace or install a new HVAC system is around $7,500. However, the price can range from $5,000 to $12,500, depending on factors like the size of your home, the type and brand of the unit, and your specific heating and cooling needs. If you only need to replace certain components, the cost will be lower; for example, a new AC unit can cost between $2,200 and $5,500, while a new furnace costs $3,200 to $6,000. If additional work like new ductwork is required, the total cost could be as high as $22,000. It's best to contact a local HVAC company for an accurate quote.

The primary differences between a heat pump and a boiler are their function and how they produce heat. A heat pump is a versatile system that provides both heating and cooling by moving ambient air and altering its temperature. In contrast, a boiler is solely a heating system, often working with a furnace or AC unit as part of a larger HVAC system. In terms of heat production, a heat pump generates heat more slowly and at a lower temperature, requiring a large convector for distribution. A boiler, however, produces a large amount of high-temperature heat that it emits through smaller radiators.

Due to fuel line connections and venting complexity, professional installation is required for safety and efficiency.

Yes, you can build a sunroom addition to your home despite living in a cold climate. Make sure to use high-quality insulation and windows and to supplement with sufficient heating from your HVAC system. The windows in the sunroom allow enough natural light into the room to help heat it most times without having to use the furnace. Even a small electric fireplace can heat the sunroom well enough.
