"Arrived on time, Fair Price, had helpers. Great job on roofing my backyard shed. Would hire again."

"Complete kitchen remodel including taking the entire roof off kitchen section, house is 100 years old. A complicated job that was preformed perfectly. Every detail of the job was well-thought out and we were guided through the whole process for what to expect for each stage of the project. Flooring was also replaced on the entire first floor, several sections of the house besides the Kitchen were rewired and the entire roof was replaced including replacement of a crumbling chimney. Our house is like brand new and we could not be happier, Kodiak is the only contractor I would ever use, Highest rating possible!"

"He assembled my treadmill and explained functions he also checked my electrical outlet. Very professional and great personality. Will contact him again for future projects"

"The 8-piece patio set we bought was impossible to assemble for us. We’ve assembled all sorts of furniture but this was beyond our talents. Joseph was courteous and capable and got it done. Super grateful and it looks great!"

"The owner of the company was very knowledgeable about the work I wanted done. He went above and beyond in my bathroom. He done some work for my friend that was amazing. That is why I chose CK Custom Renovations. I would refer him to anybody. The work is perfect. I will have him back to do my kitchen. Very fair priced as well."

"Mr. Banta volunteered to do the job and got the job done in less than three hours. He did a fantastic job putting together an entertainment center, a dining set (table and two chairs) as well as a desk. He even volunteered to move furniture around for me and help move stuff out of my car (moving into my new apartment). In my opinion, he went above and beyond to be helpful. He was very pleasant to talk too and was professional. I will be using his services again soon."

"Tim not only did an excellent job on the install, but he repaired the wall around the countertop and touched up the paint so I didnt have to! Tim was totally reliable (he came when he said he would). I'll definite call him again."
