He explains all the details very clearly, and very patiently, that makes me feel he is not a business man, but one of my relatives. His crew members are also very knowledge and professional. They keep everything well organized, and neat. "It went well.  Dave was professional and very nice. I thought the price was reasonable.  It took only 2 days for all the construction to be finished. During the 2 days he made sure everything was cleaned up and that there were no nails on the driveway. The quality of workmanship on both porches is excellent. I would highly recommend him.

"He was right on time and very pleasant.  We walked the property and discussed some ideas and concerns that I had.  He asked how much yard work I wanted to do, so the landscaping would be based partly on that.  He promised the finished design in 7-10 days.

Since this was an Angie's List deal and he sold a lot of the packages, it took him a while to get back to me with the actual drawings.  It would have helped  if he had at least notified me that he was running behind, rather than just ignore emails inquiring about the project.

The plans were ok, but the PDF that was attached was so small and distorted I couldn't actually read the names of the plants/shrubs he suggested.  Upon request he sent me another version that was readable.  There were a couple of concerns and ideas that I had told him about but they were not addressed on the plans.  Some of his other ideas were nice.  

Overall, it was an ok experience but nothing exceptional."
