"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"Great company to deal with. Totally customer focused. My wife was not comfortable with me installing our security system myself, so internet based alarm companies were a no go. He listened to our needs and our concerns with our existing landline based security system (through Vector), and he designed an effective yet practical and affordable set up for our home. "Wow, I spoke to representative who did not try to sell me anything just listened to what i wanted then gave me the best deal.
The equipment showed up in a cool box and is was simple to instal.  Literally, I just plugged in the gateway to a wall outlet, peeled off the adhesive and stuck the sensors on my doors and windows called for activation and it was done.   Now I can control my home from my cell phone.  Its super cool and I plan to add other devices like remote control lighting and a video camera.  Truly am pleased to say the least.  I always get nervous to order over the phone, but Skycover is the greatest.  I am a happy camper!"

We were with another security system for 12 years and we changed because their selection of product was of a higher grade. They are excellent."

"install was fine and timely.  The service and contract with ADT as well as having gone through a local installer has been a nightmare.  I've quoted and re-quoted the actual contract on numerous occasions.  ADT corporate has repeatedly tried to state my contract is 38 months although the contract is 3 years (36 months).  The quality of service for a service company is poor and I've decided to pay the cancellation fee rather than taking their services with me for my next home.
