"I had water (ice in winter) collect on my patio at the foot of my steps whenever the weather was wet. Legacy replaced a 4x4 that was set in cement to raise up one of the corners of a large awning covering my patio. They added downspouts to the built in gutter on my awning. Then they put gutters up around my flat roof and on both sides of my garage. We have had a lot of rain and there hasn't been any standing water on my patio.
