My experience with Thermo twin windows on Glendale Avenue was great! Being a family owned company, every phase from the beginning to the end went very smoothly with great professionalism. First appointment was the viewing and window estimate. Mark brought out samples and went over the description of the windows. He also answered any questions very respectfully, I had about previous estimates and windows from other companies. Within the next few days, another team member came to take precise measurements. They would be replacing casement windows from my brick house (with marble windowsills). Which I was very concerned about damaging Windows were specially ordered. Deposit was made. Installation date was set up. Foreman Dan and his crew showed up on time. Very polite, well spoken. They went right to work. Doing a fantastic job! Windows were finished in one day. After the installation was completed, an inspected by the salesman/owner Mark. I then decided to replace my French doors with a slider, and two of my entry doors with fiberglass entry doors. Their show room is located in a safe area, Easy to find. With This all being said, I confidently recommend Thermo twin windows & doors located off Glendale Avenue. For your window/door installation.

sales people, and workers were great. We had a choice of three price ranges of windows. We went with the middle price range to get a better Quality window rather than the bottom of the line. We were very disappointed with the Quality. After a few years some of the windows had moisture building up between the panes. Also some windows became hard to close without two people pushing in opposite directions up and down on the two halves far enough to be able to latch the window locks. That price included installation. We now realize the importance of top quality windows. Paying a higher price up front for a better window will be worth it!!

Salesman was helpful with selection and we did not feel pressured into purchasing. Installers were punctual and worked quickly but efficiently. Cleaned up after installation. There was a problem with the screen on one of the windows and it was replaced within a day and looks great.
