Our house is a 2-story house that sets on a hill, which meant the crew had to carry all of their equipment, lumber, decking materials, and tools down 13 steps to reach the work area. It was a challenging project from the start. Jarred and his crew were friendly, respectful, and easy to work with throughout the project. Jarred listened to what we wanted and was responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. I had problems with a pipe leaking under my home and he sat down at my kitchen table with his laptop and hunted a repair man for me call them up himself got quotes and set up an appointment that he absolutely did not have to do to help me out because I didn't know what to do or who to call. He has come and talk to me trying to help me get my issues fixed and if it was something they couldn't do, help me find other people that would. They set up my dehumidifier, blocked off vents and went above the job of what they were required to do to help me out. He has sent me text messages after the jobs to check and see if I needed anything.
