"David cleaned 4 carpets, an area rug, a sofa and recliner. Many times during the process he asked us to take a look to be sure was to our satisfaction - we were impressed by that. He worked hard the entire time. He was very respectful of our home to not dirty anything. When we asked, he gladly showed us the cleaning solutions he uses. It was a pleasure to work with him from start to finish."

"They cleaned 1610 sq feet of carpet. This was 'empty service' meaning that they did not have to move any furniture (we had not moved in the home at the time of service, the home was empty). A 10% discount was given due to the 'empty service'. No Angie discount with coupons or senior discount was given. We had some traffic areas that showed, however, when asked about them they stated nothing could be done about them (they did not try to do anything special for those areas and cleaned them in the same manner as the remaining carpet). We paid $122 to have them scotch guard our lower level (approx. 500 to 600 sq feet). They applied the scotch guard with a tank sprayer (the kind of hand pump sprayer you use on your lawn to kill weeds) and just walked the area. They are the professionals, but I do not think you get an even application by walking with a tank sprayer (could be wrong and there is no way to prove how well the scotch guard was applied). Just a note: you get your carpets cleaned and the cleaners wear their shoes from the street on your carpet. They cannot wear some type of protection on their shoes so that they do not ditty the rugs they are cleaning?. When they scotch guard they are walking on wet clean carpet with their shoes on."

"The warrior cleaned two furnace systems in our double. it took him about 5 hours or more. plan on cleaning up everything around the registers after the ducts are cleaned. There was a significant amount of dirt on the floor around the registers after wards. He found big chunks of plaster in our air ducts, i am very glad we spent the money to get both systems cleaned out good."

I was amazed at all the debris that was in the ductwork ( we had never had it cleaned since we built the house 7 years ago). I was charged the exact amount of the estimate for the power washing & made arrangements to have him come back for sealing the cement which is an extra charge, which I knew from the beginning. I always have the cement sealed which lasts for about 3 years. Everything is so clean and bright! I was so pleased, I asked him for an estimate to power wash the outside in the fall. I live in a condo, so I will have to talk to my neighbor regarding the cost. He has a long list of services which I will keep in mind for the fall! His way is the way to accurately clean sanitize & deodorize carpet properly in using a non toxic cleaning formula along with a machine that gently scrubs the carpet without exerting a lot of water, & less drying time. I had one traffic pathway that seem to be a problem with one steam cleaning company for years; they couldn't seem to get the pathway out to my satisfaction, therefore I was calling them 2 times a year & it wouldn't budge. Don's Carpet Restoration got it out & the carpet looks whole, fresh & clean. Wow, Wow, Wow!!! Excellent Job Don!!! Many Many thanks for your knowledge & brilliant technique in cleaning carpet!!!
