"I initially purchased a "Big Deal" for painting a few small exterior areas. Later that summer, following a city home inspection, I hired Kiss Coatings to paint the remainder of the house Kiss Coatings did a thorough job and were respectful when it came to communicating and cleaning up. However, they promised to return the following summer to do any necessary touch-up painting, which they did not do. I sent repeated messages to ask them to follow through on a couple of areas but I never received a response."

He's familiar with mold remediation and all forms of home improvement. You name it, he does it. I'm 71 years old and have been around. I know contractors and good workers. I don't know where he's been, because I wish we would have contacted him initially. I'd rate him higher than your rating scale goes. He's very good. When I called him, he came out that day. I would absolutely use him for other jobs. I feel very, very comfortable with him."
