She was very helpful in matching a floor tile we had picked out for an adjacent floor and she didn't try to steer us to the really expensive carpets. We chose a neutral mid-grade carpet. She also didn't try to sell us anything else we weren't looking for. Priceless in a sales person. They do contract out the installation, I think. The men who did the installation were also polite and professional. They got right to work and I don't think they took a break (or if they did, one kept working while the other took the break).
