George Neff called the night before his team was to arrive to let us know they'd be coming. They arrived promptly the next morning and completed all the repairs over the course of 2 days. The crew working was all very polite and respectful. They made sure to be mindful not to create too much mess while they were working and then left no mess when they left after the work was completed.
