After the original contractor became completely unresponsive, I called George Neff hoping someone could come out promptly to provide an estimate as I had already lost 3 weeks waiting on the original contractor. George Neff came out the next day to provide an estimate and then returned the following week to complete the repairs, which was half the time quoted from the original contractor I had spoken to. George Neff called the night before his team was to arrive to let us know they'd be coming. They arrived promptly the next morning and completed all the repairs over the course of 2 days. The crew working was all very polite and respectful. They made sure to be mindful not to create too much mess while they were working and then left no mess when they left after the work was completed.
