"The quote for our house was a little over $600 to do interior, exterior, and screens. They were late and did not finish the screens so they had to return. The glass part was clean but they do not clean the other parts of the windows such as the track or the sill. I brought that to their attention and they said you have to pay extra...even though an extra amount was not mentioned. When they came back 5 days later to finish the screens two were missing. They did take off money for losing the screens but did not take off for not cleaning the whole window. He even stated he missed 6 crank-out windows yet did not reimburse for those. The dirt at the base was worse than when they started since it was pushed down by the water. It is sad when I have to go back and clean the windows after having them professionally cleaned."
