563 Excessive cost. 320 dollars to open a panel and say, "Yep, it's bad" and take some measurements. Not a single tool was touched other than to remove the panel. Wanted to charge me 1000 dollars for a 340 dollar blower motor assembly. Then left me with no heat for 4 days to even get an estimate...
After failing to show up for the initial estimate, I gave them a second chance. Several double pane windows were leaking and fogging. Company was to measure and repair at my house. Turns out they only had a couple of colors for the grills inside the panes which didn’t match the other windows....
