From the first meeting and the very thorough proposal, the the very prompt attention to a small issue after installation, they were prompt, courteous and thorough. Steve Bohannon, answered all my questions before and after the job and I will definitely call them again when the need arises.

From initial contact through to completion, things couldn't have gone any better. Steve came right out for the estimate and sent all the paperwork in just a few days. It was pretty impressive and besides the contract it contained literature on all the high quality materials that would be used for the job, warranty information and copies of the company's insurance certificates. The materials and crew all arrived as planned and knocked the whole thing out in a single day! The process was something to watch and very professional. When they left there wasn't the slightest trace of the old roof or nails. No sign they had even been there except the beautiful new roof they had installed. I would hire Bohannon Roofing again and highly recommend them to anyone wanting a top quality new roof for the long term at a fair price.

Bohannon came and repaired a very bad roofing job by another roofing company, AIM Roofing........

Steve Bohannon came to my house twice in the last year to assess wear or damage on my roof. After walking around on the roof for a while he pointed out some disadvantages about how the roof was installed but assured me that the roof was good for at least another three years. This was after a door to door roofer told me that it was damaged. Steve did not charge me for coming out and was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely call him when the roof needs replacing. 

Mr. Bohannan showed up promptly to give us the estimate, had his people out within a couple of days.  Replaced rusted chimney flashing which was supposed to have been replaced when we got a new roof in 2007 (by another roofer whom I will NEVER use again).  Solved the problem we were having and have not had any further leaks.

He came out and looked at my roof
and over by my the chimney over the garage and he said I had some loose
shingles and that my chimney needed repair. He gave me and estimate on the
repair and the name of a masonry. I called and they came and gave me an estimate
for the chimney. I called and got a few other estimates and called and thanked
them (VM) and had decided to go with another company that was cheaper in cost.
The masonry meet the price and I was going to go with another roofer, the
masonry told me to stay with Steve and he would come down on his price more to
match the offers that I got since Steve had referred him to me. I agreed.
 After several phone calls and VM's the only way I could get Steve to call
back was through the Masonry. After all was said and done. I write Steve a
check for the $700.00 and the then informs me that I need a complete new roof!
I was needlessly to say in shock! I asked him why he didn't tell me previously
before he did the work by the chimney and he said that that was all I
wanted/asked for. Really a roofer looks at your roof and only looks at a few
loose shingles and suddenly you need your entire roof replaced after he does 2 hours?
work?! I asked him how much to replace my roof and $10,000.00 is the quote he
gave me without any discussion of the work that needs to be done, the type of
shingle etc... I reminded him that I told him that I needed him to look at my
roof, life expectancy of it and let me know what needed to be repaired because
of my homeowners insurance. He again stated that I only wanted him to look over
by my chimney and that he didn't look at the rest of the roof. He said that he
would take care of the letter needed for the homeowners insurance for me. He
sure did! My homeowners were going to cancel because he gave my roof 1-3 years
max life expectancy and said it needed replaced.
I would not recommend this man for nothing! The only phone call he returned was
when I initially called and never returned one since (I called several times,
left VM's and sent emails). I ended up replacing my entire roof (including the
repairs that I paid him for). He made me very uncomfortable when he showed up
to get paid and this is before he gave me the statement of getting my roof
replaced. Asked me personal questions like about what I did for a living and
made a comment about how I must make a lot of money (???). When i asked him why
he would say that he back tracked and made comments about me going into
business for myself... This has nothing to do with my roof! I feel that Steve
felt like he had found a cash cow and was going to try and make as much money
off of me as he could. Steve was completely unprofessional in behavior at my
home, difficult to get in touch with and totally inappropriate conversation to
be having with a client.
 

He was very professional, answered all our questions, and helped us with
our process with the insurance company.  We were thankful he uses Owens
Corning products.  He and his crew were very professional, thorough,
and on time with the entire process of replacing our roof.  We now have a
solid, beautiful roof that will last for many. many many years!  We
highly recommend them for Roof work.

He answered original call promptly, diagnosed problem, and repaired within a few days. He was very professional.

His crew came out here this morning.  They took down the previous gutters and replaced them with some of the previous pieces I had and some new parts of theirs.  The previous gutters were not old, just assembled together wrong.   They had it all down and back up within 45 minutes.  It looks great and I am extremely pleased with their work.

They did nice a job.

He was polite and they did what they said they would do.

They were very easy to work with. The crew was super hard working people. They were also reasonable; they were not too low or not too high.

BOHANNON ROOFING HAS VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THEM. IT IS A VERY DEPENDABLE COMPANY, WHO WAS VERY PUNCTUAL AND WAS NICE AND COURTEOUS. I WAS VERY HAPPY AT HOW QUICK THEY GOT THE WHOLE JOB DONE.
