"As the owner of The Pack, a grooming shop in Germantown, we ended up selecting Flow Force to address our plumbing needs. Upon opening, we discovered that our water heater was insufficient to support our water usage. We also found that Germantown's water is exceptionally hard, leading to the need of an installation of a water softener. Initially, we worked with another company, only to discover that they were overcharging and incorrectly advising us that installing a water softener and a larger water heater was not feasible due to space constraints and would ultimately be too expensive. Consequently, we had to obtain the services of a new plumbing team. Cole and his employees at Flow Force have consistently demonstrated professionalism throughout all projects.
