I chose to go with the rotary cleaning process because I had some pet stains & it had been a while since I had the carpets cleaned. It cost a little more than the typical process but was worth every penny. As an added bonus, they promise to remove 95% of the water left in the carpet - meaning there isn't a significant wait time before I could use the room again.
