"From beginning to end, the whole process was done professionally and even with adverse weather, done on a timely basis. The crew was fantastic. All of my questions/concerns were answered to my full satisfaction. Great care was taken with the installation and there was genuine concern for my property as far as landscaping and daily cleanup. "Terry responded quickly to quote the deck, was able to take advantage of weather and scheduling to timely perform the work and when asked to address punch list items he had his crew do so quickly; they even touched up more than I had asked. Communication along the way was maybe more a B to B- but he eventually responded and followed through with his commitments. The work itself was excellent and the preparation to mitigate paint overspray was thorough. Our deck is fairly large, from start to finish, including cleaning/power spraying, preparation and board repair, and painting/punch list itself it took 4 working days in total and 5 calendar days. I would use the Deck Doctor again.show more

"The team headed by Mario arrived ready to work. They were friendly, enthusiastic, and went right to work. They were very competent, no time was wasted at all, and they went out of their way to please me and do a great job! They even cleaned the windows after the power washing by hand! Mario took a photo of some loose roof shingles he found while doing my gutters to alert me that I need to get a repairman. I felt badly about them working is such cold temperatures (it was in the low 40s) and they were so nice about it saying that they have worked in worse weather! They were professional, thorough, and a real asset to the company! No wonder it is hard to get a time slot with them! "We had two other companies (who were referred to us) come out for water running down our walls above the fireplace. One fixed something that didn't need to be fixed and the other actually made it worse. I finally called Runyon, as they are considered to be the premier roofer in Northeast Ohio. They came out immediately, assessed the problem and fixed it as soon as the weather would allow (it was December). They aren't the cheapest, but they proved to us that you get what you pay for. The money we wasted on the first two companies would have gone a long way toward paying for what Runyon did the first time and we could have avoided extensive inside damage and stress.show more
