Dan Farley was very informative and professional throughout the estimating, installation and follow-up processes. His quotes are competitive and, most importantly, he did not subcontract the work. His skilled crew did a top-notch job to budget and on schedule. I wish we would have gone with Farley roofing for our initial roof replacement. My husband and I highly recommend Farley Roofing to anyone considering roof repairs or replacement. You'll be extremely satisfied!

While I ultimately did not use Farley Roofing my interactions from start to finish were exactly what I expect as a consumer. As a female home-owner I often do not get straightforward talk and treatment by contractors. I would recommend this company to friends w.o hesitation.

Farley Roofing not only installed new flashing but matched the flashing to the color of our roof.  They were extremely professional and courteous and got the job done on time  They cleaned up and hauled away all old materials.  The roofers were very careful not to damage any of our landscaping.  The cost was very fair and the quality was excellent.  They also offered a 50 year warranty at a very fair price.  I would definitely refer this company to anyone!

The estimate/contract stated that work would be completed within 6 weeks. On the day of signing contract the contractor said that because job was fairly small they might be able to perform the work within days. That night they called to say they could be there the next morning between 8 am and 11 am. I said OK. The work crew, 5 guys, came at 10 am. They nicely covered the gardens flanking the garage, carefully trimmed a small tree overhanging one roof, and got right to work. The job was finished by 3 pm after a final review by the boss. After the crew left, except for the new roof, you couldn't really tell that anyone had been there! I could find no debris on the ground near the garage, nothing out of place. The final cost was exactly as quoted. Farley Roofing did a speedy and excellent job. I recommend them highly.

They were actually nice. They came out, they were responsive and got me a bid quickly. I did not end up selecting them for the job because their timeline didn't work out, but they were respectful. I had nothing bad to say about them. Their professionalism was good. Their presentation was good. I felt like they would have been very confident. Our roofing needed a little bit of construction in addition so they had a carpenter that they worked with that they suggested but the carpenter's timeline is what actually didn't work out for us. We were trying to beat the winter and it set in early and they wouldn't have been able to start because of the carpenter's timeline. I thought that they were very professional and I would definitely call them again for another job. They were very responsive and timely. The bid they gave was smack in the middle. It was really just the time frame, the only reason why I didn't select them, they were going to be my first choice. Their punctuality was great.

He was very good.  He said that to take the drain off.  I had to fight with the decision.  So, he cleared it off for me. He told me what he could do for it or if I wanted to take of it myself.  He was very nice.  He did not charge me for the service and advice he did.

We had our roof replaced in June 2011 and have had absolutely no issues with the material or installation..  Dan Farley and his crew were very professional.  They used quality materials and took the time to do the job right. They cleaned up all the debris and took the time to protect our landscaping.  Many roofs in our area had hail damage and we had quite a few "storm chasers" contact us and our neighbors.  Dan Farley's price was lower than the others and he is still in business at the same location if we would ever need him to honor his warranty.  Our neighbors even had Farley Roofing do their roof because they liked the look of ours!  We have a very steep roof and Dan's crew used all the safety equipment they were suppose to.  We watched other contractor's crews on the roof in the dark and with no safety equipment.  Dan and his crew did a great job and we would highly recommend them!

Dan Farley is great!   From the original estimate (not the lowest, but not the highest) to completion they were wonderful.  We had to be squeezed in at the end of the season, and we trusted  him to do the job while we were on vacation!  When we returned the roof was finished, the property cleaned up, and the landscaping was uninjured.  On one of the last days of work (I think it was a three-day job), Dan noticed that a patio door was slightly open.  He called me to report that.  (Our house-sitter had left the door ajar to let the cats in).  This company, and Dan Farley in particular, gave special service, and our roof (high, and with many angles) looks great.
