Owned and operated by Robert Gillespie. We are a local HVAC Geothermal Plumbing & Duct Cleaning service and installation company. We are located in Monroeville Ohio and service North Central Ohio. We are currently working on branching out farther east in Oberlin Ohio We offer one year labor and parts warranty on most service repairs. We were the first to offer such a warranty in this area. We are a member of the BBB in good standing. If your not happy were not happy
