They did an installation for us of a geothermal system and a couple of other smaller systems. We have biannual inspection and service from them. We had them previously for a different kind of heating system. We had the old system removed and had this geothermal system installed. They did all of that. They are always professional. That is who we use all the time. Geothermal is a lot of work and it is a more expensive system to put in.

The technician came out and did an HVAC Tune Up, which is more of an inspection.
He inspected my head pump and AC to make sure everything was working correctly and operating as efficiently as possible.
He did not rush through anything and completed the inspection to my satisfaction.

They did not do a very good job. They are way more expensive than anyone else in this area. They offered us a 5 year warranty and another company gave us a 10 year warranty for the same air conditioner that they were going to put in for us at the same price. They repaired our furnace once and they did it wrong so we had to have another company come out and do it right. They are Johnny on the spot regarding punctuality.

Bayside Comfort does an outstanding job. They installed a new Trane Heating/Air system in 2004 and we have an annual service agreement with them to clean and check the system - air in the spring and furnace in the fall.. They are prompt, professional and courteous . We highly recommend their company.

After air condition quit I called Bayside after hours. The answering service relayed my message within minutes. When the tech clled he explained the pros and cons of him coming out after hours. It was about an addition $50.00. He also told us based on our description of the problem that he might not have the parts to make the repair. We asked him to come anyway. He arrived within a half hour, diagnosed the problem within minutes, replaced the part (the capacitor), and got us back up and running. From the first phone call to the tech leaving was about an hour. Awesome!!!!
