Gave him a deposit to paint my house March 10, in July I haven’t heard back from him and called, said it should be done by the end of the month or so, it wasn’t. Called him in August said it should be done by the end of the month, it wasn’t. Called in September he said that should be done by the end of the month, September 23 still no word from him so I just canceled and got my deposit back."

Tight miters, square corners, even gaps, flat and level. It was obvious that Mike's team were more than construction laborers, they were craftsman. At the end of one particularly hot day, they began their area clean up as usual. I told them to forget it, they're coming back tomorrow and it didn't bother me. They told me that it was a matter of pride for them, and they continued. They took pride in all aspects of their work. There were multiple progress reports throughout, and Zack hit the quote dead on. You should paint your home exterior every five to 10 years, on average. Climate and surroundings can affect how well paint holds up. Wood siding will likely need a fresh coat of paint every three to seven years. Paint on brick tends to last about eight to 17 years, on average.
