Tony explained to us that this break should have been caught when they were last out and it will be fixed free of charge under their warranty. "Then work is beautiful and I am happy with how it turned out. However, the caveat here is that it was done by a subcontractor that I was told they did not hire. I was told that they do the work themselves with their own people and then a subcontractor showed up to my door and introduced himself as such. When the salesman was quoting the job for me, he failed to find out where the pipes were ran to make certain that everything would fit properly. Come to find out form the guy doing the work, the valve body that operates the on/off function and flow of the water would not fit in the space that the old regulator valve came out of. This meant that all of my bathroom storage had to come out and a wall needed to be built to create space for the valve to sit. I was told the cabinet needed to come out and I agreed to the work. However, I asked them to work with me and get me some sort of storage back since my bathroom was ALL OVER my living room and they did nothing to make it right."
