ROCK BOTTOM LAWN AND LANDSCAPING

All went well until we needed to have our paver walkway repaired. We have been PATIENTLY waiting for THREE YEARS for them to repair it. We have got nothing but excuses as to why they could not come out to do the repair. I even went so far as to attend the Home and Garden Show so that I could once again express our displeasure in person this past year. Seeing that there was no response to repeated requests, I called yesterday to voice my displeasure, and informed them that I would indeed be leaving terrible reviews wherever I can should I not receive a callback yesterday, hence this review! Just wish there was a No Star review available. I recall an old saying about excuses, "they are like ***holes, everyone has one, and they ALL STINK" TLK

They put a couple of drains in the yard in a couple of places. They turn most of our mulching area into rocks. They transplanted some area. They put some extra birch on the edges of the driveway or in the driveway rather. I thought they would get here quicker than what they did. Once they said they were coming, they called and they came and got the job done. I guess in the city you can't start work before 8 o'clock and they were here at 8.

The installation, quality and landscaping of my patio was very good. Subsequent followups to repair some cracking and to clean and seal the patio have been terrible. Many calls since the fall of 2012 have not been returned. When I do get a call back, promise dates for quotes have not been met.

.They got the job done well and actually got it done before expected.

As I said abov,e they did a very good job and were very reliable.

He does excellent work. He is very to the point. He is very efficient and responsive. He is very kind and thorough. He seeks to do a professional job and is very cost effective.
