"There was a problem with the city inspection giving the final approval for tying the drainage into the storm drain so HomeSpec put in a sump pump and dug trench free of charge. For that reason the work took 3 days rather than two. The work site was left clean when finished. The eco seal sheeting on the basement walls really made a difference in the look and the damp smell.
