There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. Workers are very nice and easy to work with and they are very transparent and the workmanship is unbelievable. Very impressed. Had a tub and shower tore out and a a massive shower put in.
